          Cynthia Whitfield-Story, a former executive at Allstate, served as the field senior vice president of the Southern Region, which includes Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana. She was responsible for profit and loss results and a business revenue stream of nearly two billion dollars with almost 2,500 sales professionals.

 

         For over 25 years, Cynthia has been a leadership coach, consultant, and diversity leader focusing on strategy development and an integrated people-first approach. Her success and passion in these areas drove her to being an entrepreneur and founder of INSPIRE1. Cynthia is a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Certified  Executive & Leadership Coach.

        During her tenure at Allstate, Cynthia advanced in leadership roles in Operations, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, and Underwriting. She was promoted to  vice president of countrywide risk management, strategy and execution and became vice president and senior vice president in the Southern Region.

​

       Cynthia also is a major community advocate. She serves on the following boards: YWCA of  Nashville, Big Brother Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee, Advisory Board for Women of Nashville and FiftyForward.  She is a Co-Chair for the Nashville Women Business Collaborative, and National Advisory Council member (WBC). In 2020, Cynthia was named one of Nashville Business Journal’s Women of Influence celebrating Nashville women making history as a community supporter.
